PKL Spot (“we”) operates pklspot.com and the PKL Spot mobile apps. This page explains what we collect, why, and your options.
What we collect
- Account info (name, email, phone) when you sign up
- Booking info (which court, when, who played) when you reserve
- Payment info (processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers)
- Device info and usage events (which pages loaded, which buttons you tapped) for diagnostics
- Location (only when you opt in, to find courts near you)
What we don’t collect
- Your social graph, contacts, or messages
- Advertising tracking or third-party behavioral profiles
- Anything we don’t need to run the product
Sharing
Court owners see bookings for their courts (so they can let you on the court). Payment processors (Stripe) see what’s required for the transaction. We don’t sell personal data.
Your options
Delete your account any time from Settings or email [email protected]. We remove personal data within 30 days, except records we’re required to retain for tax or legal reasons.
